Between the R59 (Sybrand van Niekerk Freeway) and Vereeniging Road, Waterfall Industrial, Midvaal
The land is level and regular.
Bordered by the R59 in the West with the Vereeniging Road running through in the East, the property is accessible to all major road networks, the N1 and N30, and the rail network.
Midvaal is considered to be the new growth node of Gauteng, with extensive commercial, industrial and residential development planned in the area. As a key link between Pretoria, Greater Johannesburg, the Vaal Triangle, the Free State and all key routes leading to the commercial centres, Midvaal is endorsed and promoted by local government as the future spatial economic development hub to invest in.
Due to its prime location, the availability of water and coal, the high volumes of passing trade and Council’s pro-active and supportive approach, the growth plan is significant. The area is currently supported by leading industrial players such as Heineken Breweries, BSI Steel, Tongaat Hulett Starch and Samancor. Nampak and Procter and Gamble currently have developments planned.
There is a R24 Billion development planned for the area – the largest privately initiated integrated spatial development. Attached is an article giving further detail.
