Succesful renovation at IOL

Our affiliated website www.iol.co.za has undergone a makeover. It is sporting a clean new look - fast, functional and very easily navigable.

I think it sucks a bit ... please bring back the old, low bandwith site as an option! Not all are sitting on 3G lines!

I prefer the old site. I miss the financial indicators at the top of the page and the huge images are a distraction :(

The old one was better. I prefer the text rich version. This is a copy of new24.

Old site was better. As Sibu points out, this is a copy of news24.com Hardly innovative and new, IOL, if it's an established format by a competitor.

The old site definately needed an upgrade and the new site has a modern look & feel. I think its good and just will take a bit of getting used to.

Prefer the old site. Easier to read the summary and choose the articles you want to read. This is too busy.

Plz add a slot where your users can write THEIR columns on issues that they feel strongly about...like News24, its very popular...yes this is beautiful, I like it, thanks

This is change for the sake of change. I don't like it. The old format was simply laid out and easy to use. Please go back to it

Too slow and not enough key info displayed without the need to scroll. Old site was cluttered with excessive menus etc. but this is not the best solution. Following Google news design concept with some added bits would of probably been better.

I prefererred the old site, I do not have time to browse a site, I want an online easy to read newspaper. The headlines on the old site kept you up to date without wasting your time

I don't like the new layout. It is too wide and doesn't scale properly with narrower browser windows. You need the whole screen or more just to look at the stuff on the right.
