With just a few weeks left to the opening games of the World Cup, the hunt is on for B&Bs and guest houses for sale.

And now, those keen on buying such properties, can find them quickly and efficiently, thanks to a ground-breaking new search facility just launched by IOLProperty.

"The trouble with the search functionality of most large property websites in South Africa is they are entirely area-based, which means you have to specify the suburbs in which you are interested before you can perform a search," says IOLProperty GM Grant Leigh.

IOLProperty has responded to many requests from buyers who wanted to search for certain types of properties by creating several new type-based search categories - including those for guest houses, farms and commercial properties.

All of these are now live on www.iolproperty.co.za and potential buyers can find them as options on the Property Search page.
