Three property agencies appointed to market 'Enigma' mansion
Three estate agencies have been mandated to sell the Enigma mansion in Camps Bay, currently listed at R300 million.

The owner, a billionaire foreign businessman, has awarded a shared mandate to Anne Porter Knight Frank, Jawitz Properties and Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty, and is obviously hoping that their combined - or competitive - efforts will bring a swift result.
The 7000sqm land sits under Lions Head and the Twelve Apostles and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
Apart from four reception rooms, four bedroom suites, a massage room, gym and sauna and cinem there is also a guest cottage, staff cottage, an artist's studio, a teahouse, as well as an Olympic-size swimming pool and garaging for six vehicles.
The interior finishes include imported wall coverings, draperies, rugs and antique fittings.
The mansion has also been wired with technology, including a security system with 36 cameras and a panic room.
