Have your say in Athlone Power station redevelopment
Members of the public, residents and businesspeople in the vicinity of the Athlone Power Station are invited to attend a series of meetings to discuss the redevelopment of the site.
City of Cape Town, working with the National Treasury Neighbourhood Development Partnership Grant, has prepared a series of scenarios on the future development of the site.

The public meetings will take place as follows:
Monday: Pinelands residents' meeting from 7pm to 9pm at the Pinelands Community Centre, St Stephen's Road, Pinelands.
Tuesday: General public meeting from 7pm to 9pm at the Mowbray Town Hall.
Wednesday: Athlone community meeting from 7pm to 9pm at the Athlone Community Centre.
Thursday: Langa community meeting from 7pm to 9pm at the Langa Civic Hall.
May 25: Special interest groups, Room G1, 5th floor, Podium Block, Civic Centre.
