Agency launches World Cup rental platform
With world cup accommodation at a premium, property group Fine & Country has launched a system whereby prospective 2010 World Cup attendees can rent South African properties for the duration of the tournament.
That's the news from Linda Erasmus, CEO of Fine & Country South Africa who says that the system will act as a mutually beneficial platform for overseas clients and local property owners alike.
"Our World Cup rental scheme presents a win-win situation for all in that soccer fans will arrive to assured accommodation while SA property owners can opt out of the busy World Cup invasion if they so chose, safe in the knowledge that their homes won't lie empty and that, in fact they can derive income from the arrangement with Fine & Country."
