This facility is the central point from which you can manage the leads from our visitors, update key property listing information and obtain information with respect to your listings on IOLProperty.
In the coming months we will be expanding our service to ensure you get the most out of IOLProperty.

Apart from contacting you directly, our visitors can also get in touch with you via the "Email Agent" facility which appears beside your listings. The visitor supplies his contact details and optionally, a message, which is then emailed to you. We save these leads for you in a central facility where you can view and manage them.

If the key listing data (e.g. price, area or availability) on your site is out of date and/or you would like new key information to be reflected immediately on IOLProperty, you can now perform those updates directly to the listing data on IOLProperty.
You can also use this facility to indicate which, if any, of your 'old' listings are still available. 'Old' listings are For Sale properties older than 12 months and Rentals older than 6 months. By default they are not displayed to our visitors unless you indicate they are still available by changing their status here.

Listing on IOLProperty is free, but that doesn't mean it isn't extremely valuable. Putting your properties on IOLProperty you means they will be displayed to an audience of around 1/4 million unique visitors every month.
