There are 2 ways for estate agents to get their properties onto IOLProperty.

• The preferred route is to have our software ‘index’ your site automatically. You will need your IT person to generate a data file containing all your listings. We will access that file every 1 to 2 nights and automatically update all of your listings.
• Alternatively, if you are a small agency, don’t have you own website or don’t have an IT person, you can enter your listings manually on our sister-site – Property-South-Africa.com. Simply go to www.property-south-africa.com and click on the “join” tab. Once you are signed up you can add your properties, and our software will index that website and add them to www.iolproperty.co.za (also on a nightly basis).

There is no charge for certified estate agents to add "standard" listings as described above.
 
IOLProperty does however offer optional paid, "Featured Listings" which deliver far greater exposure than standard listings - producing on average 7 times more click thrus than standard listings.
